iTeach iTutor LLC provides private tutoring, group tutoring, learning labs, academic support services, and educational resources for students in grades K–8. Services may be offered in person or online.

Tutoring services are supplemental educational support and do not replace classroom instruction, homeschooling requirements, or school-based services.

2. No Guarantee of Academic Outcomes

While we use qualified tutors and research-based strategies, iTeach iTutor LLC does not guarantee:

• Specific academic outcomes or grades

• Test score increases

• Promotion or advancement decisions

Student progress depends on multiple factors including attendance, student effort, consistency, and outside support.

 

3. Enrollment & Scheduling

• Some programs require consultation or approval prior to enrollment.

• Certain programs allow self-booking, while others require staff-guided registration.

• Session schedules are confirmed upon enrollment.

• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.

4. Payments & Fees

• Payment is required to secure enrollment.

• Fees are based on selected programs or packages.

• Monthly packages are billed according to the enrollment agreement.

• Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

• Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at enrollment.

• Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

6. Parent & Student Responsibilities

By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate student information

• Ensure student attendance and readiness

• Support learning expectations outside of sessions

• Maintain respectful communication with tutors and staff

Students are expected to participate respectfully and follow tutor instructions.

7. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from iTeach iTutor LLC via email, phone calls, or text messages regarding enrollment, scheduling, progress updates, and service-related notices. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8. Tutor Assignment & Substitution

We reserve the right to assign or substitute tutors as needed due to scheduling, availability, or operational needs. All tutors are qualified according to Company standards.

9. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Parents must disclose relevant learning, behavioral, or medical needs.

• iTeach iTutor LLC is not responsible for supervision outside scheduled session times.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, lesson plans, worksheets, and resources provided by iTeach iTutor LLC are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTeach iTutor LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in tutoring services or use of the website.
